  • To conduct the review of the entire merchant base so that merchants, amongst others are existing status, conducting a legitimate business, not in any violation as per card issuers’ database, changes in holdings / directorship, risk tagging.
  • To ensure accurate data extraction criteria.
  • To prepare all reporting requirements accurately and in a timely manner.
  • To liaise with sales on the retention or termination of merchant after review performance.
  • Any ad-hoc request especially with regards to merchant data.
  • To follow up closely with Payment Facilitator to ensure the compliance and validation status of PCI DSS AOC

  • Proven experience and exposure in customer service and product management would be an advantage.



  • University/College graduate with 2 years management experience, preferably in financial services or merchant related business.
  • Results focused, with a track record of achievement.
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • A team player who demonstrates strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
