Primary responsibility is to ensure all daily operations of merchant business are meet including payments, terminal issues, statements, refunds, chargeback, hold & release payments and fraud matters.

 

Daily merchant inquiries via call & email.

Daily merchant payment rejected and resubmission.

Merchant un-settle transaction due to terminal problem.

Merchant account reconciliation on daily basis.

Monthly Payment Facilitator sharing fee.

Monthly terminal rental – monitoring and follow-up.

Monthly e-invoice manual submission – SST.

Any ad hoc tasks to be assign from time.
