Support the development and enhancement of consumer deposit products and delivery channels.
- Assist in preparing business cases, product proposals, and mapping customer journey.

Coordinate project activities, including timelines, documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Support product and channel launch activities to ensure smooth implementation.
- Assist in performance tracking and post-launch reviews of initiatives.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining documentation such as SOPs.
- Prepare and support the submission of internal and external reports.
- Contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and process improvements.
