- Assist in developing and implementing SME Collections strategies aligned with the Bank’s objectives.
- Support the evaluation and coordination of external service providers to enhance collection efforts, including performance tracking through MIS.
- Maintain and improve MIS dashboards and reporting tools to monitor collection activities.
- Work closely with SME Remedial teams to align MIS and analytics efforts, particularly in early warning triggers, rehabilitation tracking, and portfolio monitoring.
- Analyze delinquency trends, impaired loan ratios, and Expected Credit Loss (ECL) to support strategy adjustments.
- Collaborate with internal teams across SME Collections, Remedial, Risk, and Business units to ensure effective execution of credit strategies.
