JOB PURPOSE
To support the team in conducting reviews and investigations, including assisting with market intelligence checks on accounts identified through early warning triggers and tools. The aim is to facilitate early detection of weak or potentially problematic credits, enabling timely remedial action to reduce delinquency or credit loss.
To assist in the rehabilitation process by supporting senior team members in implementing recovery initiatives, helping to prevent further deterioration of loan quality in response to internal indicators and external market trends.
To contribute to the management of potential non-performing loans by supporting efforts to rehabilitate accounts where possible, helping viable customers avoid becoming non-performing.
To uphold the Bank’s values by supporting efforts to build long-term partnerships with clients while helping to maximize recovery and rehabilitation efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBIITIES
Assist in performing account reviews and investigation includingsupporting market intelligent checks on accounts identified via early warning triggers and tools to assess / evaluate customers risk profile to identify weak / problems credit for early remedial actions.
Support the preparation of early warning reports and provide input and data to assist senior team members in evaluating customer risk profiles and potential remedial actions for decision making.
Monitor and track portfolio performance to provide accurate and timely management/ portfolio reports / information.
Proactively support monthly reporting activities, including data extraction and preparation, attend to PRC request and handle matter arising if any.
Provide assistance in the execution of rehabilitation strategies for SME Banking accounts under the guidance of senior staff, including follow-ups and coordination with relevant departments.
Ensure all assigned rehabilitation support tasks are carried out in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory guidelines, and escalate any issues to senior team members promptly.
Assist in tracking and updating records related to rehabilitation activities and ensure timely reporting to the Team Lead and HRM.
Contribute to the continuous flow of lesson learnt and feedback to various related units such as Sales/ Risk Management units to improve the robustness of underwriting standard on an on-going basis.
