Project Management
- Manage the Credit Lens project on a dedicated full-time basis including tracking of timelines, monitoring of project status, issues, risks and change requests to ensure the project meets its goals within the project timeline
- Gather, review and finalize requirements for Credit Lens through engagement with end users and stakeholders
- Liaise with IT Project Manager and vendors to communicate and ensure proper implementation of requirements
- Coordinate and manage various workstream owners to ensure timely completion of assigned project tasks
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Ensure compliance with relevant project and IT governance standards, policies and procedures
- Manage project and Project Steering Committee updates
Leadership
- Guide and mentor junior members of the team to ensure that they are able to perform necessary tasks well.
- Contribute to development and upskilling of other team members through sharing technical knowledge, providing appropriate training to improve the overall capability of the team.
Other Risk Management tasks
- Assist in the execution of various ad-hoc risk related reporting, assignments and projects to strengthen the Group’s risk management capabilities.
