KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Ensure ATM GLs balancing reconciliation are done timely and correctly. Validate GL entries to ensure correctly posted.
  • Ensure customer dispute for SSTC is resolved within targeted turnaround time given.
  • Ensure auto debit registration is within TAT
  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly report within required turnaround time.
  • Support testing of new product or system enhancement as and when required
  • Liaise with outsourced vendors on the complex services, outsourcing contracts and Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure quality deliverables and services.
  • Support testing of new product or system enhancement as and when required.
  • Ensure proper closure on unresolved incidents and resolution.
