KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure ATM GLs balancing reconciliation are done timely and correctly. Validate GL entries to ensure correctly posted.
- Ensure customer dispute for SSTC is resolved within targeted turnaround time given.
- Ensure auto debit registration is within TAT
- Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly report within required turnaround time.
- Support testing of new product or system enhancement as and when required
- Liaise with outsourced vendors on the complex services, outsourcing contracts and Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure quality deliverables and services.
- Support testing of new product or system enhancement as and when required.
- Ensure proper closure on unresolved incidents and resolution.
