Job Description

  • Lead and monitor a team of Personal Loan Team by providing strategic sales leadership in sales management of unsecured products.
  • Provide Acquisition Strategies to successfully market the Bank’ s Unsecured products · Responsible for the Personal Loan Sales Staff recruitment, sales target setting, daily sales monitoring, product and sales skill training.
  • Assist in regular retooling, handholding session to ensure the Personal Loan Specialist are up to the mark to provide professional services to the bank customers.
  • Executes a consultative selling process which involves identifying and recommending Alliance Bank products to meet customers’ financial needs
  • Actively source for secured businesses and achieve sales target/standard of performance for Personal Loan Related products.
  • Drive service excellence culture and ensure customer satisfaction level for the channel.
  • Contribute to Brand Awareness and Service Quality
  • To ensure cost of acquisition aligned with Bank’s Direction.
  • Ensure Rules of Controls and Compliances of Sales are within the set forth guidelines
