Job Description
- Lead and monitor a team of Personal Loan Team by providing strategic sales leadership in sales management of unsecured products.
- Provide Acquisition Strategies to successfully market the Bank’ s Unsecured products · Responsible for the Personal Loan Sales Staff recruitment, sales target setting, daily sales monitoring, product and sales skill training.
- Assist in regular retooling, handholding session to ensure the Personal Loan Specialist are up to the mark to provide professional services to the bank customers.
- Executes a consultative selling process which involves identifying and recommending Alliance Bank products to meet customers’ financial needs
- Actively source for secured businesses and achieve sales target/standard of performance for Personal Loan Related products.
- Drive service excellence culture and ensure customer satisfaction level for the channel.
- Contribute to Brand Awareness and Service Quality
- To ensure cost of acquisition aligned with Bank’s Direction.
- Ensure Rules of Controls and Compliances of Sales are within the set forth guidelines
