KEY RESPONSIBIITIES  

 

 Sales & Business Development
•    Drive cash management specialist across commercial and SME segment. 
•    Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key clients to expand market share and increase customer stickiness. 
•    Collaborate with nationwide sales (RSM/BCM/RM/BWM/CWM) and other internal stakeholders to structure and deliver tailored cash management solutions. 
•    Engage in high-level client discussions, providing strategic advisory on cash and liquidity management. 
•    Provide training and refresher course to new joiners and existing sales force to equip with basic cash management knowledge. 
•    Develop business model to drive cash management solutioning to client.  

 

Client Engagement & Solutions Delivery
•    Hold the key escalation point for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. 
•    Oversee complex client implementations, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational efficiency. 
•    Collaborate with implementation and client fulfilment teams to optimize processes. 
•    Work closely with Cash Product team for new product development for client offering. 

 

Product & Market Strategy
•    Work closely with Cash Product, Digital SME, and Operations team to enhance and develop cash management solutions for client offering. 
•    Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitor strategies to ensure product competitiveness and up-to-market. 
•    Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance digital cash management and FX solutions. 

 

Risk & Compliance Management
•    Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines. 
•    Implement best practices in cash management sales governance, client due diligence, and transaction monitoring. 
•    Work closely with Cash Product Team, Compliance, Risk and Legal teams to mitigate risks associated with cash management transactions for cash management solution offering. 

 

Leadership & Team Management
•    Lead and manage a team of cash management specialists, and cash fulfilment. Provide guidance, coaching, and performance management. 
•    Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the team’s revenue and business targets. 
•    Foster a high-performance culture focused on client-centric solutions and business growth. 
•    Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge through training and mentoring. 

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in sales and marketing to a wide range of customers.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in all aspects of sales and business development.
  • Experience in leading a Sales Team.
  • Strong knowledge of Cash Management product range including payment, collections, liquidity management, reconciliation, as well as operational and regulations.
  • Knowledge of market trends and current developments related to Deposits, Cash Management, internet banking and Forex.
  • Good working knowledge of Pricing / Costing / Volume / Quality relationships.
  • Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Analytical thinking, strategic thinking, and business planning.

  • Good interpersonal skills and strong customer service culture, team player / relationship management

  • Resourceful and adaptable, ability to work in changing environment.

  • Initiative, drive, enthusiasm with strong selling and negotiation skills.

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, revenue generation, and client relationship management.
