Team Lead, SME Product & Portfolio Management

Responsible for leading the design, development and lifecycle management of innovative product programs and solutions tailored for SMEs. This role combines strategic product ownership, cross-functional leadership and market insight to deliver profitable, customer centric product offerings, aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the SME product roadmap in line with business strategy and market needs
• Identify opportunities for new SME products, enhancements and value added services
• Lead end-to-end product development from concept, business case and design to launch and post launch optimization
• Ensure products comply with regulatory risk and internal governance requirements
• Drive continuous improvement through data analysis and customers feedback
• Manage product pricing, features and lifecycle decisions (enhancement, sunset, replacement.

On Porfolio Management, responsible for overseeing the performance, risk and profitability of Group SME portfolio, which aime to ensure optimal portfolio growth, asset quality and RAR through proactive monitoring, analytics and strategic portfolio growth initiatives. 

Portfolio Strategy & Performance

• Develop and execute SME portfolio management strategies aligned with business and risk appetite.
• Monitor portfolio growth, yield, profitability and risk metrics (e.g. NPLs, vintage analysis, concentration risk)
• Drive portfolio optimization through segmentation, pricing, limit management and product mix.
• Support portfolio growth initiatives while maintaining asset quality

Analytics & Reporting

• Lead portfolio analytics, stress testing and scenario analysis
• Prepare and present regular portfolio performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Use data insights to identify trends, risks and opportunities within the SME portfolio
