BASEL Reporting

• Lead and handle all Basel reporting matters for the Bank.
• To ensure the Basel reports (CRWA/MRWA/ORWA/IRRBB/CC/LCR/LCRMT/NSFR/LR/DSIB/Pillar 3) are prepared in accordance to BNM guidelines and internal policy.

• Streamline process and develop SOP with Technical Interpretation for all Basel Reporting.
• Improve knowledge and keep abreast with latest development on technical matters with regards to Basel Reporting.
• To implement and lead Basel reporting related projects. Keep track of project timeline, tracks deliverables, escalate issues and propose solution for issue escalated.
• To coordinate with relevant departments to respond to internal/external queries pertaining to Basel Reports proactively.
• Maintain good repo with key stakeholders.
• Support new product rollout in terms of Basel requirements.
• Reduce audit findings, compliance with SREF governance and processes.
• Review control checklist on important risk data fields used for Basel reporting.
• To review and ensure reconciliation of work stream data to the General Ledger and other definitive sources.

BASEL Technical Specialist and Support

• Subject matter expert in Basel knowledge and application.
• Provide technical advisory and support for all Basel technical matters in terms of interpretation of BNM Basel guidelines and BCBS guidelines.

• Support Business Units and Support Units to develop and implement new Basel requirements.
• Work with Business and Support units to identify appropriate data sources and input points to Basel engine calculator.
• Conduct coaching and promote Basel compliant awareness for the team.
