1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Business System Analysts, ensuring delivery of Wealth & Deposit initiatives.
- Provide direction, coaching, and performance management to drive team effectiveness and continuous skills development.
2. Requirements Gathering & Content
- Lead the team in gathering and analysing business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into system functionalities and identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancement.
3. Process & System Functionality Analysis
- Collaborate with IT PMO and business users to assess current processes and propose areas for improvement.
- Identify and design new processes/procedures that enhance system functionality, user experience, and operational efficiency.
4. System Design, Development & Maintenance
- Partner with GIT and vendors to design system architecture and components, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and security.
- Ensure enhancements and minor developments can be performed in-house post-implementation to reduce vendor dependency.
- Design, coordinate, and execute application development (in-house or with vendors).
- Develop new systems or enhancements ensuring integration and cohesiveness with existing platforms.
- Oversee system installation, configuration, and deployment to meet business requirements.
5. Testing & Validation
- Lead the team in creating test strategies, test plans, cases, and scripts.
- Validate system functionalities and ensure quality assurance, accuracy, and compliance with requirements.
6. Training, Documentation & Support
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop training programs for end-users.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and guidance to maximize adoption and usage.
- Establish and maintain user manuals, system documentation, and technical reference materials.
7. Project Management
- Manage and oversee project delivery for WMS and Deposit-related initiatives.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, risk/issue logs, and regular status reporting for stakeholders.
8. Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary liaison with business stakeholders, GIT, vendors, and senior management.
- Communicate project status, issues, and scope changes effectively to ensure alignment.
9. Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Ensure continuous improvement of team methodologies, adopting industry best practices.
- Drive system and process optimization to support business growth, including digital sales and onboarding via eKYC/mobile app channels.
- Analyze bank database structures, address data integrity issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Verify and maintain database accuracy and system data integrity.
10. Other Responsibilities
- Undertake ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by management.
