Job Responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, research, design, development and launch of digital embedded banking products.
- Establish product vision (short to long term) and convert that into a concrete strategy.
- Drive product strategies to build value-adding experiences for end users.
- Understand user needs and utilize data to ensure constant product iteration and enhance product stickiness and roadmap.
- Create and maintain the team's roadmap, milestones, and dependencies with strategic priorities in mind.
- Owning project-level KPIs, measuring progress towards the KPIs.
- Manage team goals, project timelines, and delivery dates while ensuring proper allocation of resources and budgets within the team.

Knowledge
- Strong knowledge and understanding in Agile Scrum Methodology
- Knowledge in Java and contemporary system design
- Knowledge in open API development and implementation is preferred
- Knowledge in Cloud solutions development and implementation is preferred
- Knowledge in banking products, competitor offerings and market needs
- Proficiency in system design principle, conceptualization, prototype, user engagement and mobility
Experience
- Degree holder in related fields
- Three or more years of user experience software development, Web applications which leverage emergent technologies, consumer electronics and/or mobile devices
- Experience in open API development and implementation is preferred
- Experience in Cloud solutions development and implementation is preferred
- At least 10 years in relevant business, technology and/or digital commerce
- Knowledge in JAVA, .net, React Native/JS, and contemporary system design is much preferred
