  1. To provide prompt and effective assistant to Loan users (LOB and other related department) on the system functionalities, features and troubleshooting Loan related issues
  2. To diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve functionality problems related to the loan module system.
  3. To monitor system performance, identify potential issues proactively and implement preventative measures.
  4. Assist with internal and external audits related to the Loan module system, provide necessary documentation and support.
  5. Provide training sessions for other team members in term of system functionalities, best practice and troubleshooting techniques.
  6. To identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency through automation, workflow enhancements and system customizations
  7. To assist in preparing UAT test scripts for the System Change Request and Project on the Loan related module (including AOS and RLOS channel system)
  8.  To run the project from end to end (including UAT execution) on the Loan system for the System Change Request and Project raised under SSPM team
  9. To provide system impact assessment from end to end for newly raised system functionalities under new SCR and new Project.
  10. Coordinate and implement new guideline require by regulatory body timely

Support and maintain the Group’s Compliance Framework in order to ensure due adherence to relevant operational risk management policy of the Banking Group.
