Vice President, Team Lead AIS BFM and Taxation

• Management Reporting Lead for AIS, covering various BSPL analysis by LOB. Manage NPM, COF, Credit Cost, C/I Ratio, ROE and all key performance indicators for entity and LOBs.
• Analyze business performance & provide various commentaries for management reports (AIS LOB + CM financial deck)
• Drive financial performance with key stakeholders, managing BOD, GAC and Manco. Result oriented, and pursue for excellence.
• Lead the annual budgeting cycle focusing on business execution, profitability, and substance by working with all line of business, product team, development team as well as strategy team
• Analyze profitability of the business based on various product dynamics / drivers to provide value added advice and insight to business for decision making
• Cost management: estimates/calculates the monthly & yearly operating expenses and benchmarks it against budget or last financial year to perform cost analysis.
• Prepare financials projections (production deck) for business plan and to support business to perform benchmarking analysis against Group as well as competitors
• Target BSPL -> Long term strategy; working with Business Strategy, product & development team on coming up with the BSPL of various products & by channels to grow in accordance to AIS vision
• Month end closing & mid-month process; monitor the posting of accruals (marketing exp, audit fee, tax fees, professional fees), monthly cross charge postings, etc.
• Liquidity planning and management, address Liquidity ratio compliance, covering LDR, LFR, LCR, NSFR EVE, EAR. Overall ALM management.
• Take on any other responsibilities proactively and promptly, in line with our values and key behaviorism in order for the bank to achieve its vision.
• Handle any ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by AIS Head Business Finance/Supervisor

Knowledge

• Strong financial and management accounting skills in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting deliverables
• Understanding of accounting reporting rules
• Knowledge of business products
• Advanced in excel with strong analytical skills with the discipline to meet deadlines and provide solutions

Experience

•           Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

•           At least 10 years working experiences. in finance, management reporting and financial analysis
