  • Manage day-to-day secretarial work of the Regional Office including but not limited to minutes writing, to assist in updating RH for any branches issue raised and to assist in the pre and post preparation for Regional Central meeting.
  • Responsible for providing administrative and support in order to ensure effective and efficient administration at Regional office.
  •  Support the Regional Head in assisting all branches to maintain excellent service delivery standards.
  • Undertaking other work as assigned to a high standard and on a timely basis

 

 

As an Regional Support, your main job scope includes and not limited to:

 

 

Provide EFFECTIVE AND EFFICIENT ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

  • Responsible to manage the filing processes and activities by ensuring:
  • All necessary documents are properly filed and labeled.
  • All files are maintained as per the prescribed standard and format.
  • All files and materials are updated and kept current. 
  • Assist in preparing records for archiving

 

           Responsible in assisting RH by :

  • Updating, retrieving and maintenance of records
  • Prepare invoices/bills/claims for RH’s verifications before submission to Finance Department.
  • Assist RH in managing assets and housekeeping standards
  • Assist RH in other administrative tasks
  • Accuracy and efficiency  of reports and respond from branches
  • Updated record of the sales & operations headcount of branches
  • Maintain a neat, tidy and orderly work area

AMLA - Satisfactory

Audit - Satisfactory

Leave compliance – Block leave (at least min straight 5 working days) to be completed every year.

House Keeping - General cleanliness

Security - Customer data/files are kept in locked place

 

Financial

1. Organize sales report and tracking of daily, monthly, yearly basis.

2. Compiling and preparing of all types of reports to ensure the accuracy of the reports which contributes to

    Branches sales volume and target.

3. To assist coordination for staff recruitment, staff profile & system access.

4. Branches staff recruitment, interview session is systematically coordinated and sufficient to fill up the vacancy

    Available.

5. Manage all Regional office administrative matters timely and accurately.

3. Teamwork - To assist / fully co-operations and support for all projects/events done by branches.
