  1. To prepare various administrative & sales reports on a timely manner.
  2. To attend to customers’ requests/enquiries in the absence of sales officers.
  3. To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
  4. To attend to all administrative matters, including matters relating to Credit Applications, of the business centre.
  5. To assist the BCM & RSM in monitoring and tracking of timeline for various tasks and assignments.
  6. To assist in the processing of annual credit review of cases with lesser complexity.
  7. To assist RM for calling customers for annual review purposes and to extend assistance in collecting documents as well as to conduct site visits (as when needed).
