- To provide administrative support to the business centre.
- To attend to basic inbound service requests from customers.
- To perform basic credit support functions in terms of renewal and queries from Credit Office
- To prepare various administrative & sales reports on a timely manner.

To attend to customers’ requests/enquiries in the absence of sales officers

To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.

To attend to all administrative matters, including matters relating to Credit Applications, of the business centre.

To assist the BCM in monitoring and tracking of timeline for various tasks and assignments.
- To assist in the processing of annual credit review of cases with lesser complexity.
