  • To provide administrative support to the business centre.
  • To attend to basic inbound service requests from customers.
  • To perform basic credit support functions in terms of renewal and queries from Credit Office
  • To prepare various administrative & sales reports on a timely manner.

     

  • To attend to customers’ requests/enquiries in the absence of sales officers

  • To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.

     

  • To attend to all administrative matters, including matters relating to Credit Applications, of the business centre.

     

  • To assist the BCM in monitoring and tracking of timeline for various tasks and assignments.

  • To assist in the processing of annual credit review of cases with lesser complexity.
