Key Responsibilites
- To prepare various administrative & sales reports on a timely manner.
- To attend to customers’ requests/enquiries in the absence of sales officers.
- To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
- To attend to all administrative matters, including matters relating to Credit Applications, of the business centre e.g. update Master Listing of the business accounts, handling of file transfer from one business unit to another or to remedial, staff claims, liaise with GCA related to documentation, enforcement, custodial matters etc.
- To assist the BCM in monitoring and tracking of timeline for various tasks and assignments.
- To assist in the processing of annual credit review of cases with lesser complexity.
- To assist on all credit related matters (eg. Retrieval of CCRIS report, CTOS, prepare and printing the Letter of Advise, open credit file, scan all the documents before submitting to CO etc)
- To assist grant/ obtain the ratification/approval for those accounts in overdrawn/access before cut-off time from the relevant units.
- To assist to call those borrowers in overdue payment.
- To monitor CGC renewals, to ensure that all CGC renewals are done up-to-date.
- To assist all annual review matters i.e. prepare ELE, request SCC report via CRM system
Job Requirements
- Preferably with 2 year working experience in the financial services sector
- Computer Literacy
- Good command in English
- Performs well under pressure and handles multiple tasks simultaneously
