  1. Focus on relationship growth of existing customer portfolio, both in lending and liability businesses and marketing for potential / new business opportunities.
  1. Preparation and processing of Credit Application (“CA”) / Annual Reviews / Credit Memo / Request for Variations. To ensure prompt CA processing for timely approval, timely annual review of CAs and nil expired CAs.
  1. Monitor and manage credit quality loans portfolio. Conduct regular visits to major customers / projects financed by the Bank to establish their progress and health.
  1. Contributes to the Bank’s business strategy and Profit & Loss. To structure loans packages to facilitate business growth and income.
  1. Contributes to the Bank’s competitive positioning.
  1. Strategic planning, quickly to identify and capture business opportunities.
  2. Cross selling to customers, directors and senior management other banking products to enhance the Bank’s profitability.
