- Focus on relationship growth of existing customer portfolio, both in lending and liability businesses and marketing for potential / new business opportunities.
- Preparation and processing of Credit Application (“CA”) / Annual Reviews / Credit Memo / Request for Variations. To ensure prompt CA processing for timely approval, timely annual review of CAs and nil expired CAs.
- Monitor and manage credit quality loans portfolio. Conduct regular visits to major customers / projects financed by the Bank to establish their progress and health.
- Contributes to the Bank’s business strategy and Profit & Loss. To structure loans packages to facilitate business growth and income.
- Contributes to the Bank’s competitive positioning.
- Strategic planning, quickly to identify and capture business opportunities.
- Cross selling to customers, directors and senior management other banking products to enhance the Bank’s profitability.
