  • To achieve the sales target or conversion rate and cross sell in the Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
  • To handle customers’ enquiries or requests via telephone/email related to all products.
  • To liaise with the relevant departments in the bank in resolving customers’ issues
  • To share customers’ feedback with Team Manager to improve customer experience and sales conversion / closure rate.
  • To achieve agreed Key Performance indicator in the Individual Performance Plan (IPP)
  • To adhere to procedures and policies in the Contact Centre Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Banking Policies
