- To achieve the sales target or conversion rate and cross sell in the Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
- To handle customers’ enquiries or requests via telephone/email related to all products.
- To liaise with the relevant departments in the bank in resolving customers’ issues
- To share customers’ feedback with Team Manager to improve customer experience and sales conversion / closure rate.
- To achieve agreed Key Performance indicator in the Individual Performance Plan (IPP)
- To adhere to procedures and policies in the Contact Centre Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Banking Policies
