Team Lead, SME Associate
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee Sales Channel by acquiring quality loan / deposit customers.
- To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
- Provide Acquisition Strategies to successful sales & marketing
- To manage delinquency of accounts & perform R&R as and when required.
- To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
- Ensure Rules of Controls and Compliances of Sales are within the set forth guidelines.
- Identify and grow talent internally for succession.
- Contribute to Brand Awareness and Service Quality .
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years banking experiences with credit knowledge
- Understanding of financial accounts and credit underwritings
- Good Interpersonal skills
- Selling & Marketing skills
- Capabilities to lead & groom subordinates• Able to work independently and under pressure
- Resourceful and result-oriented
