Team Lead, SME Associate

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Sales Channel by acquiring quality loan / deposit customers.
  • To continuously cross-sell the Bank’s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank’s financial objectives.
  • Provide Acquisition Strategies to successful sales & marketing
  • To manage delinquency of accounts & perform R&R as and when required.
  • To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
  • Ensure Rules of Controls and Compliances of Sales are within the set forth guidelines.
  • Identify and grow talent internally for succession.
  • Contribute to Brand Awareness and Service Quality . 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years banking experiences with credit knowledge 
  • Understanding of financial accounts and credit underwritings
  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Selling & Marketing skills
  • Capabilities to lead & groom subordinates• Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Resourceful and result-oriented
