- Lead and monitor a team of Personal Loan Team by providing strategic sales leadership in sales management of unsecured products.
- Provide Acquisition Strategies to successfully market the Bank’ s Unsecured products
- Responsible for the Personal Loan Sales Staff recruitment, sales target setting, daily sales monitoring, product and sales skill training. Assist in regular retooling, handholding session to ensure the Personal Loan Specialist are up to the mark to provide professional services to the bank customers.
- Executes a consultative selling process which involves identifying and recommending Alliance Bank products to meet customers’ financial needs
- Actively source for secured businesses and achieve sales target/standard of performance for Personal Loan Related products.
- Drive service excellence culture and ensure customer satisfaction level for the channel.
- Contribute to Brand Awareness and Service Quality
- To ensure cost of acquisition aligned with Bank’s Direction.
- Ensure Rules of Controls and Compliances of Sales are within the set forth guidelines
